SourceWatch Checkout

Since our website protection services require a lot more server capacity than Yahoo can provide on the SourceWatch.com domain, we utilize SourceWatch.net for our Yahoo Store checkout.

SourceWatch.com utilizes its own dedicated and cloud servers to handle its website and member's SourceWatch Warning Pages, while other SourceWatch domains handle SourceWatch Shields, monitoring, and SourceWatch Control Panels. We use the popular Yahoo! Store for secure order processing on SourceWatch.net, and use SourceWatch.com to distribute all of our primary information and services for our clients. All SourceWatch and SW domains are owned by Radok Corporation, our parent company.

SourceWatch Service Term

The Silver, Gold, and Pro plans all include setup and a 1 year term. Additional years may be purchased to add 1, 3 or 5 more years to the original order. Clients who purchase these extended subscriptions lock in any discounts at the current annual rate.

If you have not purchased additional years, you will receive an email notice within 30 days of expiration to extend the term or cancel on the anniversary date of your service plan. If you do not respond to the expiration notice, we will assume you do not wish to continue the service and will remove your warning page and close your account. Per the terms of use, all SourceWatch shields and other services must be removed from your website within 30 days after such cancellation.

Processing Time

We try to process our Silver and Gold Plan orders within 2 business days (usually much sooner). An account rep will contact you by email when your order is completed, and provide you with any login and setup instructions.

Due to recent demand, we occasionally sell out our advertising inventory and the Pro Plan is unavailable. There also may be delays in processing Pro Plan orders when inventory is available. An account rep will contact you if we are running behind more than 10 business days. If you incur such a delay, you can then decide whether you would like to proceed with your order, cancel it, or change to another Plan.

Due to the many variations and complexities of copyright law from country to country, SourceWatch Plans are currently only available to website owners based in the United States.

Domain Restrictions - Domains must be limited to 18 characters (not including .com). Root domains only. No subdomains (e.g. yoursite.example.com).

Buyers of the SourceWatch service will be provided a setup page with cut and paste code for you to add to your website. If you are not familiar with HTML or making changes to your website, your website designer can easily add the code for you. SourceWatch does not provide an installation service for its code.
